Wow you look great I can't wait to post before and after I was jut banded Friday. I'm so happy for you thank you for the encouragement!! As far as the scale... I need to leave mine alone I just got out of surgery for gods sakes lol. Good job girlfriend -

Friday I can move to full liquids for two weeks. I cat wait to have really runny cream of whet or grits something other than juice and broth. Other than that I am doing great!! I feel good even when and got a root canal today I feel ready to go back to work but the boss says no lol. She said enjoy your time off:) so I'm here doing nothing blah lol -

Oh my I was banded April 5th you should see te bruise I have it is like a rainbow. From my port insision almost to my waist I was so worried I call my dr. They said it was normal. -

I was also banded April 5 I am doing very well. I didn't have any gas pains. I kept wiring and waiting for them to start no go. But I started walking in the recovery room. I walked walked walked but I didn't have a hernia which I thoughts was amazing:) I think I'm going to go back to work Friday instead of Monday:) -

Yay I was banded yesterday morning. I'm feeling REALY good:) I hear people talk about gas pains does that happen the second day? I'm over the first day is over and I really between the walking I was sleeping. I think today I'm not going to take the pain meds they only make me sleep.

I really want to be on the scale and tell my husband I weigh less than him lol. I love him but its time for a lesson to be leard. I am woman hear me roar!!! Lol but really I am a size 22-24 I want to shop in the cute clothes section. I can find ok things in my size but I am always saying wow why don't they have cute stuff like this in my size?

It's almost here and I'm am so nervous!! I can say this the pre op diet is almost over. I hope I never have to drink a shake again (yeah right) but the thought makes me happy anyway

Trust me lol I have been looking up good for you recipes. Wow there are a lot that you wouldn't even have know just to change a few ingredance and wala it's good for you. My kids and husband are very aware that things will be changing my husband is happy but wooooo the kids are scared lol. But yes I am so full of anxiety and have to take zanex to calm myself. -

I'm pissed off at myself too!!! I ate ham and a deviled egg ;( at least it wasn't candy or potatoes or bread hope it's ok. -
I get easier I'm on day 11 of pre op I'm not hungry at all anymore and I just cooked bacon and pancakes for my hubby and daughter:) but when I get my shakes out I am soooooo over them!! But lose 17lbs already almost done with them I get banded Friday finally!! Can wait to chew again!!!

So today has been the day with the most anxiety i have a week until I'm banded. I have done awesome on my preop diet. All protein shakes and water. I know I can be a bander with this sticked diet I'm following right now. Day nine!! I am tired of them but I am staying strong:) -

I am so excited!!!! I can wait!!! And my pre op diet sucks!!! But I haven't cheated not even a lick of left overs on my fingers!!! I am sure I lost weight my scrubs( I work in the healthcare field) are really loose. And because of that I know I will succeed with the lap band!!!!! -
Awesome ideas. I have actually been up since 311am yeah I'm so tired I'm going to bed now its only 7pm. But I think I will have a shake before bed. Dr says I can have 3-4 aday I usually only drink 3 so tonight I will load up on the water and drink one before bed. Hope it helps!!

For years I have eaten late. One reason I am so heavy. I am trying to get out of the habit. But I also worry if I fill up before bed and go to sleep and not burn those calories (not that I exercise anyway.) I won't loose weight. So I don't eat before bed. Maybe I should for now! I haven't really slept since day one of the preop diet.

The only problem I found is at about 3 am I wake up starving which means I'm not sleeping well. The first 3 days are the hardest!! I am almost done with day 6

April 5th here 10 days on day 6 of the pre op diet so ready to be on the other side

My surgeon doesn't charge for it thank goodness. While his is in there he jut fixes it. They told me its a freebie
