  1. I like many u will find here I have had no problem lossing lbs in the past its the maintance.. (i can do anything short term to drop lbs but as soon as I stop then what).. w the lapband this is the way of life for me for life..like missy said lifestyle. .. I love this way of life its very doable for me and fits fine around my loved ones too:-)


  2. Hey lead time to surgery depends on what hoops yr ins co make u jump through everyone's is different but my process started last wk of January in a seminar like u r going to... I had surgery april 3rd... I was back in the gym daily at two wks.. some days I could not stay long but I went and tried now I clock more than 10 hrs a wk cardio not including strength...just don't try to much to soon and hurt yourself... I blogged my whole process start to now at http//:lapbanddiva2013@blogspot.com..I recapped ea appt from shrinks to sleep study ect... so if u want to check it out and see what all u have to look foward too.. I am thrilled w my experience thus far!


  3. maybe try tramadol helps and its none addictive Im not sure if it comes in liquid I know all about back pain its a pain I wouldn't wish on anyone and hasn't been better since loosing 125 pounds as for pain I take 800 mgs motrin and have never had pain again by taking motrin even with my galbladder being taken out or a hernia repair long term use does cause liver damage but other wise talk with you're doctor or his nurse to be safe

    I agree w the tramadol I take it as needed for headaches on the verge of Migraines and severe knee pain... my dr wrote me rx for it
