  1. Thank u all so much I been taking it easy doing the below ten pounds rule and even with that it helps . I just can't wait to be able to relief stress on a bag lol . Btw working out hasn't been this fun I go to gym and check my weight daily n it's shedding off like Water !!!! I get my first fill Monday !!!! Eeek I'm so excited

  2. I just had my surgery feb 21 and I been working out running doing some weights an all but I'm very stressed. My family doesn't help me my friends ask to much of me no one has let me rest since i walked out the hospital. kick boxing and tae Kwan do used to be my thing is it dumb to try n kicking the hell out of a bag or punching it I know my clearance to return to full activity is march 21 but is it safe ?

  3. Thank you all for your inputs an opinions I truly appreciate it ! I live close to the border so you can imagine the Mexican sweets and tortillas and fattening Mexican food I have to deal with lol! I will try to remember all these good pointers so I don't get sick so far I'm doing ok I had a Tomato Soup I guess that had bacon (love bacon) but I had to spit it out it didn't make me sick thank god !! But so far I have lost 12 lbs and my surgery date was the 21 of this month so what that's like in 5 days I'm soooo happy to see these few lbs shed before I start working out! Thank you all !

  4. Hi I absolutely love seafood !!! Especially shrimp and although I'm still in my post op liquid stage I know not to eat solids until after 6 weeks but is it possible to enjoy say shrimp? Crab lobster? Also what do y'all think about tortillas or cake not that I would eat it because well I worked so hard but if I had a craving once in a while and took a bite or two . Has anyone had problems with these foods???

  5. Exactly know how that is ! My husbands a marine and has to wok out and be "fit " marine corps standards but eats horribly . He eats to work out it makes me sick sometimes. I have communicated to him to help me be supportive n understand I can't eat this or drink that or go dine and eat fattening food i don't lose it as quick any more

And just a suggestion because your boyfriend doesn't support you seek, find resources to help encourage you and people who like me and you who understand certain difficulties. Your doing this surgery for yourself and no one else don't let him change your mind . Be patient insurances will follow through you will finally get your surgery and in the end whether he's there or not, supportive or not you will realize hey I did this I succeeded I'm healthier and I'm strong !! Right ? Right!

  6. Hi everyone !!! I'm in my 2 weeks pre op dieting stage. Has anyone found this liquid dieting to be crucial!!! I am trying so hard to stick to this but find my self hungry. I have been doing Protein Shakes and non starchy vegetables and broth which is fine and all. My main concern at this point is my support, my husband he says he supports me an all but when it comes to eating he sits and eats hamburgers, Cookies, junk pretty much In front of me and hes enjoying it and find my self upset . I'm thinking perhaps in looking into a support group to help me this is why I found this amazing app an wanted to join because I don't know anyone personally. Does anyone have this problem at all? Or is it just me being over sensitive ?
