Year and a half surgiversary today! I'm still thrilled!

Sodium is evil I had too much of it yesterday and I knew it while I was putting it in my mouth!! Grrr....

Yay! The 12 lbs I gained are GONE!! Feeling thrilled!! Now to keep it going, YAY!!

I am so happy to have LOST this weight! It was sometimes hard and sometimes easy to LOSE. It is thrilling to wear LOOSE clothing. That concludes the proper use and spelling for today, ty.

Back to basics and its working. I was 12 lbs up and I've lost 9 of those lbs!!

Things are going quite well! I've gone back to work after being retired for 10 yrs!!

Lost Daddy yesterday. He never made it to hospice care.

Daddy going to hospice care....believe it or not, I'm not turning to food....just the opposite actually.
