Best wishes to you on surgery day!! Only worry I had that day was the fact that my sinuses were impacted and I couldn't breathe!! Other than that I was so excited!

Didn't drink enough on Sunday. Woke up with a UTI. The agony! That will teach me...
I had that feeling yesterday! Always happens to me! I had to back off of the citrus acid for a while, too.
Back to basics and its working. I was 12 lbs up and I've lost 9 of those lbs!!
