Hello I am 193 lbs. 5'2" and female. I came across your profile and I wanted to tell you that you are such an inspirations. My goal weight is 150lbs. I too work out quite a bit and find it very rewarding. You said on a few of your posts that it has taken you some time to lose this amount of weight, about how long has it been? I got my surgery on 01/21/2013 and have lost 35lbs to date, would you say that is pretty regular. Anyhow just wanted some advice from someone who has been where...
