When I started my journey i was 398.5 (highest ive been in my life) i cried when they told me my weight. Im fixing to start my liquid diet wednesday. Surgery is on 10/29/14. Im down to 395. Cant wait to be able to say im under 300!

I start mine Wednesday. Mine is only for a week tho. I am also nervous about how i will adjust to all liquids. I have surgery on the 29th. Good luck in your journey.

@@kimodell69 pretty close I actually live in labelle but fort myers us the closest hospital where they allow bariatric surgery.

As with any surgery there are risks. If you do your research you will find they are not too common as she described. Dont let her scare you. If need be find another pcp that will support you. Good luck.

I have been on this prev pack 2 x now!! I had a biopsy the second time.... I go back to take another test this Friday.. Praying this one is negative... That's all im waiting on so that i can get my surgery date!

Ok here's the deal.. I have my consultation on 5/16 also my final weigh in.. the problem is I have torn the ligaments in my knee and have been on crutches. I'm worried I've gained weight from not veing able to exercise!

That's why I was asking. The first doc my aubt went to kept doing by blood even after antibiotics. May be that is what is happening to her.

When they tested the second time how did they test? My doc said that it can still show up in blood after antibiotics they have to test mouth or feces..

Hi I'm melissa I'm 5 ft 7 340 down 44 lbs started at 384. I'm still pre op. I see the surgeon 5/16 surgery on june or july.

I'm about 2 hrs away. It may be worth the trip.. we will see after the first.
