I follow the rules and still end up being hungry every 2 hrs so sick of this...had 1cc put in a few wks ago' date=' then .5 taken back out...i dont get it[/quote']
How many cc does you're band hold?
I have been banded for almost two year s. I have had UPS and downs. Please hang in. My band holds 14cc. I have 9.5cc.
Question? Are you staying away from food s that start with a letter C?
Remember take a bite and wait one minute in between meals.

Its the thought that counts. You tried. Most people wouldnt bother taking the extra time to even try to donate. I dont understand why they make you sign it over... once its removed its bio waste anyway. I guess to screen for disease
Can i please ask how long was your surgery?

Hello allJust wanted a quick Hi howdy dos.
I have not had the surgery but have an appointment on Monday the 7th.
I was basically told to do this because my medical condition.
I have type 2 diabetes and was put on insulin in June after I had pancreatitis.
While I was doing real well with my oral meds' date=' lost 46 lbs and was very active, insulin has screwed everything up.
I've regained all the weight even though I'm still eating the same way but I guess with insulin you'd have eat a lot less.
So both my endocrinologist and primary care doc want me to have this done.
I'm not sure but I'm going to see the doc on Monday.
I've struggled with my weight all my life and a part of me is real excited about this but another part is going, "wait a minute what if ...."
I guess you can say I'm excited and scared at the same time.
Thanks for listening.
