Steak and shake has cottage cheese and pineapple, chilli and grilled chicken for variety if your near a steak and shake! -

My advice... Do what the dr says... Get well and strong so when April comes, this is easy and goes smooth!! I know its a let down but only a set back... April is only around the corner!
