I agree with Paula why did he not even give you the slightest fill then have you see the Nutricionist. However it is a chance for you to get some new insight what else you can eat to help you in your journey. Don't be hard on yourself just run with it.. You have done a great job:)

I have that temptation here, Every Friday is breakfast day for my dept. Now if it is band friendly I will eat, if it is not (bagles, bread or dougnuts) I will pass. I eat just what my band will allow and no more. We do have potlucks quite often and again the same rule applies. The only hard thing I really have a problem with is desert I love deserts and will eat them if they are mushie enough but I do try to pass.

Ok here I am at 42 and got the top part of my ear pierced. Can you believe it? For someone who is really scared of needles and I go subject myself to more pain. Anyway that is my reward to me for getting this far. This Sat July 16th is going to be my one year band anniversay and besides the ear I want a tattoo right above my ankle. That I really have to think about because I want it to be something special for my new lease on living.. Any Suggestions from my Band family will be most welcome.. But remember don't want to pass out so lets keep it small. Cannot wait to celebrate this weekend I am so happy that I have finally come full circle and I could not have gotten here without my band.. Just Love it:)

Humm Paula, I am interested what you find out at your appt. I won't drink water right before cause I know it will come up when I am laying down. Granted I still sleep propted up just because of what happend before but I still do get heart burn every now and then. Sounds like Michelle is one of the lucky ones..

I still cannot eat after a certain time or I will have reflux even though my band feels better. I usually try nothing heavy after 6pm and only water after 8pm granted I go to bed at 10pm. Maybe it depends on what you are eating?? Could it be that??

I had problems along time ago with the breathing tube and was sure to let the Anthesia doc know so that he could be extra careful when inserting it and taking it out plus give me the proper medications.

Had to recharge the batteries on the Camera.. Tonight for sure

Might start by taking chewable Pepcid or Previcade. Have you called and asked your doc???
