Hey guys I had my band fitted in Dublin with the Park West Clinic ... I can't say enough good things about them

I was banded on the 8th December 2012 and haven't lost anything in 3 weeks ;(

Started my journey at 16 stone 6 lb and now weigh in at 14 stone 9 lb but I'm at a total stand still ... Hope you guys are going much better xx

Does anyone else feel sick first thing in the mornings and hungry all at the same time

I'm banded since 12/08/12 have 4.5 ml in a 10 ml. Band down 22lb in the 9 weeks since I started my journey .

How did you do it .. You luck great I'm banded since December but at a total stand still only down 19 lb
