  3. Maybe someone can answer this for me. Well I'm finishing up all the requirements that had to be completed for my insurance to cover surgery. My husband has to have back surgery soon and I know after my surgery I can't pick up my 2yr old for like a month and my husband can't for longer than that. So my question is does anyone know when everything will expire like the psych visit, seminar, 6 month weight class & dietician visits? I really didn't want to come this far to have do everything all over again but my husband needs his surgery first because of severe pain. I'm healthy and not in pain just overweight
