  3. I had my surgery at the Portsmouth naval hospital in Virginia. My husband Is retired military. I'm almost 8 weeks out and have good days and bad days. You really have to eat slow and listen to your body. It's more mental than anything. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  10. Im nervous but so excited to start to losing weight. Does anyone else think its cruel to make food addicts go without food? When I stress, I eat. Hello 4 days to surgery and I want to eat.   15. Does anyone have any information about Portsmouth naval hospital bariatric program. My insurance is tricare and I've been approved thru them for the surgery. My initial appt. is Thursday .
