Hello all ...I am 2 months post op and I'm force feeding myself. Have you had this happen to you? I felt full even though I had not eaten anything. Any advice would be very helpful...Thanks

Hi I had my surgery on Apr 2nd and realized that if I had revealed what I was doing that I would be opening myself to all kinds of criticism I just wasn't looking for. So, I chose to tell my mom and a close friend and that was it. I realized by the time I got to the decision to do this the only people who would understand are those who have gained and lost weight a million times over the years. I hope that you would realize that you know what is good for you and congratulations on taking care of you.

This is an awesome idea! I'm going shopping for a charm bracelet and start rewarding myself for every 10 - 15 lbs lost. Thanks for this idea

I goto the doctor this Friday and will find out how much weight I've lost. When I woke up from surgery I was a 100% certain that ice done the right thing and congratulations on your weight loss so far. I think this date is our new birth date.
