I had the same pain. Mine was gas trapped . See if walking,gas-x or rubbing that area will help. It's very normal according to my nutritionist .

Lv your post B52. Helps to see where I need to be. I seem to find it and then loose it. I'm sure I will find the green zone eventually.

I was just like Honk. Now when hubby & I go out, i either have food for a couple of days or, we split a meal. Single serving foods last twice as long.

I too have had to struggle through the holidays. This is my first season with my band. So glad to see I'm not alone. It has given me real insight to the many reasons I use food as a comfort. I am getting back on track& yes it does feel so much better to be on track physically. It is amazing how much I have learned about myself by listening to my tool!!!!

My biggest fear is not finishing what I have started . Don't give up! Remember how hard the liquid phase was and the gas. You look you g on your picture. I'm 61 and wish I had this surgery when I was young. I've missed out on a lot but, I'm making up for lost time and loving it. Don't go back you deserve it. Bad knees, being out of breath is no respecter of persons or age. YOU CAN FINISH. Do it for yourself .

Reading all the posts on this topic is a real eye opener. I have a lot to think about. So far I've done very well. X- mas has been very hard. Was banded on 04/30/12, so this is my first holiday. I have gone from 272 to 187. I am realizing this is such a life changing decision and so different for each person on this walk. I want to learn from each post and appreciate each comment. Thanks for sharing and caring enough to be honest.

I'm so glad you a brave enough to admit the gain , you just won the battle! Remember what floridays said, it is just time spent. It's over and gone go forward to your goal.

I'm still in the process of loosing the weight. I have begun to understand what floridays is saying. What a freedom, not letting food run my life. It's still hard, but so many other things to think about. Not out of breath, knees don't hurt. Best part shopping in any store I want. That's living in the moment.

I can see and feel mine too. Not to bad yet. Have lost 87 lbs so far. If it becomes a problem I think the Dr. Can fix the problem

I Don't know why you did that so soon after surgery. I really did a lot of soul searching. This is a major life change for me. You might want to think about the reason you did the surgery . If the real reason is just to look better, you may not make it. I needed to change for all of that and my health. Try going back to the feeling you had when you made the decision to have the surgery.prove to yourself your worth it.i now know I'm the one with the brain not the food.i know you can do this

I know the fear of vomiting. Don't be afraid of calling the Dr.. I had the same problem and waited 3 days before I called. Dr. Said It was the pain Meds , was better by the time the last med wore off. Call Dr. To make sure. For me the pain was'nt half as bad as the gagging. This too shall pass!!!!'
