I think it's just because you're not eating as much (and then along the way, have less body weight). I used to be a glass and a half of wine girl, now half a glass is MORE than enough!

They don't ask anything specific or thought provoking. You'll do fine!

My eyes have improved over the years to the point that I'm now 20/20. Does that mean that now that I'm losing weight, they're going to get WORSE? lol

You just need to put smaller clothes ON, Jaime! Then you'll be able to tell. You can't see a thing if you're swimming in stuff! Thanks for the comments, everyone. It's nice to see a small change, even though I still have a long way to go! At least I know it's working!

I'm a member but I haven't gotten around to actually USING the menus. I love them though! And most of it seems band doable, and I am supposed to eat several small meals like that. You can swap stuff out, if it's not something you can tolerate, too. I can't vote for Mark or Roger. I love Roger, but I would kind of like to see the girls have a chance, so I can't vote for him. I can't vote for Mark because he wins everything. So I guess I'm leaving it up to the rest of you. LOL

I have pretty good restriction right now and no problems with sushi other than 3 of them filling me up! :thumbup: It all depends on the person, I guess.

I was off my meds just a month after surgery. Went from consistently 150/100 medicated to 130/85 unmedicated.

lol at clean house more often. That definitely won't be one of mine.

My husband should have bought him a band instead of me. Probably would have been a better return on his investment! :thumbup:

Oatmeal is about as much as I can tolerate in the morning. Anything more than that and forget it. So it might be that you're just tighter in the morning! I can eat a LOT at dinner, but I'm trying not to feel too bad about that because my band is super tight at Breakfast and lunch.

Yep, I didn't eat anything the day of my first one, either, thinking I'd be ok on liquids. I was about dying by the time I went to bed that night. Learned my lesson! LOL

I'm allowed to have something light and easy, like cottage cheese, beforehand. But then clear liquids the rest of the day.

Hey, I think this thing works! My 2nd fill is GREAT! I can still eat more than I should for dinner, but in the morning that thing is locked down tight! I tried to eat an egg and piece of toast this morning and couldn't finish it. Nice! For lunch I had a small Wendy's chili. I guess I'll stop feeling bad about how much I can eat at dinner!

The worst was when they did the makeover and Mark started sobbing when he saw his wife. He'd just been home the week before!!! It's not like he hadn't seen her in 6 months. Geez. LOL

I have a 10cc band and my first fill was also 3cc.

My doctor never asked me what my goal was, nor did he assign me one. At least not that I know of, if he did, I don't know about it!

I had to lose 30lbs before I went down a size. It was VERY frustrating. My husband lost 20lbs and was down 2 sizes. How annoying was THAT?

I had a 2 week Medifast diet and I think I lost about 5 pounds. Nothing to get excited over, really.
