Took a few weeks but since I've started walking every day and getting at minimum 80 grams of protein and 64oz of water I've been regular! -
I lost a ton of hair in the shower in week 2 and 3 but I started 5000mg of biotin daily. Some people swear it doesn't work... But I've noticed a difference so I'm gonna keep up with it!

I've been out of the house all day and I just stopped at Wendy's with my friend. I haven't ever had their chili before. It's delicious and band friendly! Woo hoo!

Im hungry between meals. After 3 hours. I think I want a fill. I have an appointment the day before thanksgiving but I'm going to call Monday and see if they'll do it sooner. Im a month and a half out from surgery. Hopefully she allows one!

Slim fast has a lot of sugar? That seems odd as a pre-op diet. You may also not be getting enough calories so your body could be in shock and holding onto everything it gets. -
GNC total lean - 25 grams per bottle Isopure pre made - 40 grams per bottle Muscle milk light - 15 per carton (small milk carton like box)
