How can you tell if your pouch has stretched??

I was banded on the 28th aswell and what's helping my is gas-x strips.. I take them as soon as I feel it coming. Plus try to get that protein in and don't forget to hydrate!!

If this happens again try eating a spoonful of peanut butter. Mybe it can help with the hiccups

So I'm back home and I'm in a little bit of pain bc of the gas, but that's just normal. Im exited to start my journey for this new year. 2 weeks pre op I was 246lbs At the operation I was 239lbs

I just finished day 3 of my pre op diet and tommorrow starts day four!! I'm still looking for a protein shake that will get the job done and not taste bad. any ideas??
