food for me was comfort. After grieving the loss of my mother 2 years ago I succumbed to food. That was my only outlet. And now that health has been challenging a d I am working through my grief it's time to put food in its place so I can be healthy and be productive. I look forward to me pressing my way through this journey. And thank God for victory!!!!

Don't forget our chest cavities were filled with air or gas or whatever they use and blownup so the dr could move around in there and place your band. Then he sewed your port to the inner walll of your abdomen so it is normal for it to be swollen and no doubt irritated. It will go down in time as your body heals....i i hope you feel better soon!You pics are fabulous. Keep up the good work.

I am 6 days post op and my stomach is bloated. Anyone else have this symptom?

I have had a headache since I got home from the hospital. I've taken Maxalt' date=' and Sudafed, not helping. Getting worse, even with the pain meds. This happen to anyone? Any suggestions.[/quote']Usually those are from the actual pain meds itself. Contact your doctor and see what you take at this point.

. Girl i know what you mean. Feeling guilty is a good thing. My time is 915 am. Well' date=', that is the time i am to be there. I have to make sure to take my blood pressure pill because i know i will be nervous and excited and a little scared all @ the same time. Do not cheat:). Surgery surely does not end the good dreams. I will continue to learn new healthier ways to eat and enjoy my good.
