Well I love to see everyone doing great!! I am down 80# today!!! it has been 5mths. And I've still got a way to go but im taking it day by day. I got my ab lounger 2 out of the garage n i'm using it. I hav to be real careful wat I do because of my back. I've increased my biotin n may have to increase even more because so much of my hair is coming out. I hope that gets better real soon. Hope everyone is doing well.

Im so happy for you!!! I can't wait to reach onederland!! My HW 321 n SD Aug 6th was 314 I am now 248!!! It stil don't seem real. And if my back didn't hurt so bad I would feel so much better. But i'm determined to get better with the Lords help. ) this is a brand new year in the Lord n I will rejoice in it!! )))

I defiantly do recommend it. Its worth all the pain i've went they, even as rough as the scar tissue pain!!! Its all good now. It won't be long now til I reach my 100mark!!! I will be so happy happy happy!! ))

Oh My gosh n I freeze wen our temps get 30 or 40 !!! I use to live in clevland Ohio n it was cold now i'm use to ky. Weather Burt this weekend its suppose to be colder!! I want to hibernate!! Lol

Good luck on ur journey. I had a open incision 5mth ago. I was in surgery 71/2hrs due to scar. A little rough go but i'm doing wonderful now. )

I wish y'all a merry Christmas to. N if we happen too slip jus remember to get back on the wagon the next day.. Another thing..... I will not eat spaghetti again!!! It came up 3x after it went down. ) so no more. That 2 things I can't eat. Hamburger n spaghetti..oh well I don't need them any way.

Were right here rogether. Im down 66# since my surgery 8-6-13. I have to watch Wat tops I wear because if they show my collar bones then my face looks to skinny. My collar bones Pop out ))) feels good girls.
