Any One Up For an Exercise Challenge?

I need a push. Or some motivation. I'm suffering band-burnout. If I don't tell you people, it might get worse. There, I said it.

    Pics of me!!!

#3 looks sexy and mysterious to keep 'em guessing. Blossom, why has such a pretty thang like you been hiding out so long? Put up the avatar right now!

When did your fill kick in?

Does anyone around here still suffer from head-hunger? I go through phases where I eat past being full. I'm such a lucky girl to have restriction even though I don't have a port, but I still eat too much at times. It's a phase thing. The last couple nights have been bad. I wish I was as strong as Blue Eyes.

    See you next week

Chris and I got invited to Mexico, but this time no doctors! We're leaving Wednesday and returning Sunday. If you guys don't see me by Sunday, please send help! It's a place called La Roca, south of San Felipe. They have land on the beach with 2 trailers - sounds like fun. I'll miss you guys! Lis

    See you next week

Well, I almost got back on track last night. But I ate dinner even though I wasn't hungry, then ate a 2nd time. Not as bad as the previous night, so maybe today I'll get just a little better. Thanks for the compliments. And thank God for my band, because I finally have a nice picture of me and my handsome hubby.

    Regarding Belighter.com

I've said it before and I'll say it again: What's more important, a couple happy people, or a whole bunch of unhappy ones?

Any One Up For an Exercise Challenge?

Normal to me is not having to think about what/when/how much we're gonna eat. Normal is my husband who stays slender and just eats when he want. Normal are my co-workers who just nibble at one cookie and feel satisfied. Normal is when you get full so you stop eating. Normal is as normal does. Normal is so damn simple.

Any One Up For an Exercise Challenge?

Is anyone else exhausted with this whole band/exercise thing? It's wearing me out. I want to go to lunch, I want to wear sandals, I want to be normal! (anyone old enough to remember that line?)

    Serious Concern

It's hindlick. Okay, it's not, but since I had nothing intelligent to add, that's my 2 cents.

LBT isn't allowing me to post pictures any more. Let me try again:

    Love My Hat Teresa!!!!!

I've had 3 Pampered Chef parties and all men LOVE the garlic press and other gagets. Anything that shreds, mashes, cuts or destroys works for most guys.

Any One Up For an Exercise Challenge?

I spent a week on vaca in Mexico and gained a solid 5 lbs. So I wasn't able to drag my butt out of bed yesterday, but I managed to do my walk this morning. Didn't do the upper body, but at least I got a 40 minute walk in.

    Burping & Farting

I went to Mexico for a week and was the only one with a band, but everyone else was farting, too. I printed out the Fart Facts from the link I posted, and my skinny friend, Jackie, nearly dropped dead from laughing so hard.
  15. Thanks for sharing, Leatha. You have a wonderful way with words.

3 days post op and some issues....

Sounds totally normal (whatever normal is to us bandsters anyway.) My liquid potty problem lasted several weeks, but my body was telling me it was ridding itself of all that built up toxic waste that had been laying around my colon and intestines for years. After it cleared up, I felt clean and new. Keep an eye on your port though and if it becomes hot or even warm, make sure to let your doc know.

Greg, don't tell Bob I said this, but he could use a little "what for" from a guy like you if ya know what I mean! He's pretty rude, but he sure puts on a fun week in Mexico!

    TWO Major NSV's!!!

Gosh, Babs, I don't even know how to buy clothes in regular stores. Wow, what must that be like? Lots of success going on around here. I'm worried for myself because my head hunger is a huge problem, so I'm glad I can come here and see all this hope. But a regular size clothing store? That blows me away. Congrads in a big way.
  19. Incredible. Leatha, you look awesome!

Wow Biker Betty, cool pics, and now I see why you love your bike so much! We need screen names to match real names! Thanks for sharing, great pics! And where can I get some of those thongs?

    See you next week

Greg, if you look closer, that's Bob's hand giving the finger! This makes about 5 pics I have of Bob flipping me off. Jackie is so sweet and innocent yet she ended up being married to a bad boy. Vera, that's not Voo, that's our friends' pooch that lives in Mexico. He must have known I missed my babies cuz he took a real liking to me! I'm in band trouble though because I'm back to my September weight. Thanks for the "good luck" on getting back on track. I just ate my lunch, then automatically put a big candy in my mouth and had to spit it out. Damn food. It's got hold of me!

Hey, Whip, you read my hubby's mind with "You guys can start it, but I'll finish it!" I have more pics at home that I'll post later. Thanks for keeping the fun alive!

    weekly scale challenge

Veronica, you're the first one I know that's going through pregnancy on these boards (I've only been around 6 months) so I'm super excited for you. I'm 42 and was never blessed with babies, so I hope this is a smooth and easy process. Good luck to you, and stay band-positive. xo
