! wk post-op today! I feel really good! Still uncomfortable to bend over and pick up things but was able to clean my house, grocery shop, put them away and cook dinner. My favorite accomplishment......picking up my grandbabies! I have missed holding and loving on them ! Realized also I'm not drinking enough, extremely thirsty today, so been sipping all day, trying to rehydrate!
