My dr told me magnesium citrate...2 bottles for me I tried to whine my way out of it at my pre op appointment but it didn't fly...lol he did say that if I follow the diet for the 2 weeks well and keep hydrated, it won't be so bad... -

I definitely have the panic part down pat but I have been perfect on my diet. When I panic I get OCD and start to clean and control everything around me...so my diet has been one of the lucky consequences of my control freak nature!! Lol it has been beneficial though too as I have lost 33 lbs in 6 weeks. -

Hey Roxy - what kind of exercising are you doing? Could u do a different cycle? Like if u r doing lots of cardio switch it to a few days of strength training to do some muscle confusion and that should help kick ur metabolism up a bit... -

My dr prescribed 2 bottles the day before. 1 at noon and the other at 6 to do a bowel cleanse...if that helps at all...lol -

I had the same thing happen. I was pretty set on Band and then after talking to my dr and doing some research, I switched to RNY. I'm currently in the 2 week pre-op liquid diet stage right now (and hating life) and I've been fortunate to have a short road to get here (November 1 I made my first appointment for 11/20 and March 6 2013 i have surgery). So I hope everything goes quickly and smoothly for you! -

So I'm excited. Just got my final approval from the Dr and I check in on surgery day at 5 am and ill be the first person on the list for the day tomorrow is liquid diet start and off we go!! nervous and excited now!! -

I didn't have to get one done either I also don't have to do a sleep study.
