I couldn't help it. Actually i could just my will power left me alone near food that smelt good . I mushed it bits and chewd the crap out of it. But i still over ate . Now my guts is burning i feel like **** and now very teary and angry at my self. PleaSe tell me i.m not the only one to have done this and how do i avoid it next time. Little bit shattered

Yes i do tend on using a blender when i.m home. I work away fly in fly out. Camp food is lovely too lovely so until i can adapt its a small sacrifice to make . I am ready to embrace the new me and sharing my journey with people who can relate.

Hi all. . Brand new and feeling a little lost atm . Have no buddies . 2 weeks since op . Now onto baby food but my tummy feels oh so so bloated and Omg i have never burped so much in my life is this normal. Would love to make some band friends . Marissa
