Hello everyone. I didn't make my goal for December so I am going to do it this month. My challenge is 100 miles and 30 day plank challenge. Bring it on 2014!!!

Okay so I set down and went through my fitbit and MFP and added my miles up. So far for the month I have logged 75.02 miles. Not my December goal of 100 miles, but so much better than I thought I had done! And hey I have a few more days to count!

I went shopping and to doc yesterday. I got in about 2.5 miles walking. Don't have a clue as to what my monthly total is. I am just happy that December is about to come to an end! Dr. visit went good. I seen the dietitian a few weeks ago and I was up a lb. I was happy considering I was at the dr.s the day after Christmas and although I didn't over eat I just didn't make healthy choices over the last few days. She was okay with said it was more than likely Water weight. So I am happy and ready to see the surgeon on Jan 31st. Oh and they do some kind of scope in the office at your yearly check up...not looking forward to that. I am 52 and have never had a scope of any sorts...I will be npo for it but not put under.YIKES! I might be a big chicken when it comes to this scope.

I had forgot all about my plank challenge! Will get started back. I hope to be more focused in January.

Hello peeps! I have been so off with my exercise plan. I'm going to give it another try in January! I'm still getting in some miles, not many, but I completely forgot my plank challenge!! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Oh my goodness, I gotta get back with the program. Last week put me behind , but I'm not finished with ME just yet! Gonna have to go back and see what I need to add. Later!

Been working days and babysitting evenings! No miles to add the last few days, but plan to make it up this weekend!

No miles today, but got my plank done! I did get in some good minutes today. Cleaned kitchen, cooked a full Breakfast, swept and mopped, got two dogs bathed ( shih tzu) lots of hair! Laundry done, carpet cleaned in bedroom, dinner put in the crockpot, grocery shopping, back home had lunch, checked email, then took a two hour nap!

3 miles so far for a total of 17.5 miles 2 planks done today. BBL with more miles. Winter weather has me staying upstairs at work so gotta burn some of this stir craziness off! ttl

40 s plank, I agree on shoes on for plank. My feet started sliding and I lost my concentration. Gonna check out fiddles recommended exercise.

OK note to self don't plank with hubby in the room...He starts picking on me and I lose my concentration. Day 4 15 s plank... Hubby's fault!

I finished the month at 78.65 miles, a little short of my 100 mile goal. So I am going forward in the January Challenge and have already signed up for 100 miles and the 30 day plank challenge!
