I was given a journal at my first dietition appt. and was told to just track my food, vititman, water, and exercise. I go the 10 for my second appt. -

Congrats on your surgery date! I am hoping for a January surgery date. I have made one diatition appt. and have 2 scheduled in Dec. Then I think it will be my 10 day diet and surgery. I can't wait. I am so excited!!! Good Luck and keep it touch.
