Just putting this out there for a little laugh last sat the 26th i got my hair cut i keep it short a 2 on top and a 1 on the sides i have not had any Hair loss yesterday i hit my 5 months post op and i rubbed my head and there was all kinds of hair in my hand. Lol if i would have known that was going to start i wouldn't have gotten that last hair cut

Yes. Im 4 days away from 5 months. Down 99lb from surgery day and people are always saying how i look completely different calling me skinny and i feel the same

They have a fried shrimp meal there when i was there i got that and was able to substitute the fried shrimp for grilled shrimp and got steamed vegetables for my sides

I would say something is better than nothing. Just do what you can do and like my surgeon always says your body will let you know whats best for you good luck on your journey im sure you'll do fine

I was the same way the first 3-4 weeks always getting dizzy. I believe it was hydration because the more weeks passed the easy it was to drink Water and it got better

I had my surgery april 3rd and i still struggle with Constipation i take a stool softener every day and put Fiber in my Water. Its a small price to pay for the results of the surgery

I know everyones doc and nutritious is diff but at a week past 3 month's how many grams of Protein are you expected to get. Mine is 73-100 that seems like a lot to me

I didn't get cleared till 3 weeks after surgery to do any physical activity at that point ab work outs did not bother me and all my doctor said was listen to my body

My experience is i also like sweets and carbs. Since my surgery april 3rd i dont have cravings for that stuff at all. I could realy live on Protein Drink and Water i only eat because i know i need the nutrition.

I read a lot about people have sugar free popsicles were does that fit in on one of your meals. For example i have 2 oz per meal like 1oz tuna and 1 oz cottage cheese. So would i have like 1oz tuna and a sugar free popsicle instead if i wanted to

How long post op when you went back to a 2 day liquid diet too jump start your weight loss

I had my a1c checked as soon as i started the process it was 7.9 my doc put me on trulicity. 3 months later my a1c was 6.7 right after my surgery when i was in hospital they checked it again witch was 7 months from my last check and my a1c was 5.7 i would talk to your doc abou trulicity

Can you take tums not time

First day on food like scrambled eggs, refried Beans, cottage cheese and my heart burn is out of control. Can you take time ? Our what else works?
