Been awhile since I have posted here. How are all you Minnesotans? How has your journeys been? I ws banded 2/13/07 232/182/145... It's been a bit of a struggle for me, but I am back on track and looking for some support here, If anyone has the time, please drop me a line. I did it for the first time last night and it was awesome! The hour flew by and I felt great afterward! I am going to go every Thursday from now on and I hope that I can go to more classes and that I will tone up and lose inches!

I have also been told many plans. I decided to make my own plan that I can incorporate vegetables (plenty) and Protein it's goin really good and I am truly happy with this way of eating I don't eat bread rice or any refine sugars with that said I have one day where I splurge and I have one meal that has crackers because they do not expand as much as bread basmati rice and yams good luck
