Ive gone from a size 28 to a size 20 start date was November 2nd

Ive been very sick but I am back and this Friday I will get my first fill

Today is ok I guess Im going to the surgery center to get a fill or whateva Im not happy I dont like pain

I'm depressed TODAY so I been stress nibble N and Drink N ....lord I need help! Im stress Eat N in small amounts

I named my oband her name is clarity because she helps me make wise chioces when it comes to eat n

I love my band I guess we have a nice bond now

Im busy relearning how to eat and I dont know if I like my band yet!
