Preop for revision to gastric bypass in 2007. Surgery scheduled for December 7th

Today is the beginning of my recovery. I dedicate today as the day I opened up my eyes and realized how big an impact being out of work has had on me. I've been so caught up in my injury, my job, my surgery ect. that I stopped focusing on my weightloss journey. I pray that I have turned to this web site just in time to pick up the pieces and get back on track. Today, I will focus on eating only foods high in protein.
