Hey guys! I went to see my Dr. And he did a 1/2 cc defill and I feel so much better. I could tell right away after I drank Water after defill. I so far have kept those pounds off <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> and excited to see how much I will lose the rest of this month! My husband is deployed currently and I can't wait to show him the new me when he returns!

HEY FELLOW BANDERS.

I AM ALL SET FOR SURGERY TUESDAY. WILL HAVE TO BE THERE AT 6AM FOR AN 8AM SURGERY. I HAVE BEEN ON A "NO CARB" DIET FOR THE PAST WEEK AND HAVE DONE TREMENDOUSLY WELL. MY SURGEON DID NOT DO THE liquid diet AND I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT. I AM STARTING TO GET NERVOUS. I AM AN OR TECH SO THIS IS TOTALLY OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE TO BE THE PATIENT. I AM USUALLY AN ADVOCATE FOR THE PATIENT. I AM WORRIED ABOUT HOW MUCH PAIN I WILL BE IN AFTER. I AM ALSO WORRIED ABOUT FAILING. WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME? WHAT IF I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY HOW TO USE THE BAND TO MY ADVANTAGE? I DON'T KNOW' date=' ALOT RUSHING THROUGH MY HEAD. JUST NEED SOME WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND I KNOW U ALL WILL HELP! I know it's scary and exiting at the same time, myself and my husband are still waiting for the insurance to go thrue .

But I wish I had a day already, can't wait to get some help with all this Waight on me.
