Thanks for the advice. I weigh in today. If I didn't have a problem sticking with a diet, I wouldn't be here. As of today now, I've lost 18 pounds and I'm feeling pretty good about my weight loss even though I cheated a couple times. I'm so excited, my surgery is scheduled for tomorrow!

Woooo hoooo, I actually lost twenty one pounds, hi ho hi ho, off to surgery I go! Tomorrow is the date!

Thanks guys Today is day four of my pre op diet, and I must admit today was not all that bad!

My surgery is scheduled for nov 7. My pre op diet consists of 1-2 Protein Shakes a day, all the sugar free Jello, chicken broth, or diet drinks I want. 8 oz of skim milk or cottage cheese daily, and two cups of fresh fruit. Good luck! I'm excited and ready to makes some change in my life!
