My loss has been slower than some because I need both knees replaced but I finally made it to ONEDERLAND!!!!! It has been a long time since I've seen a one on that scale. So glad I made the decision to embark on this journey!

Wouldn't how much you weigh to start with affect how much you lose? I've always heard the smaller you are the harder to lose. Just curious...

I had surgery on the 27 th and have to do the Clear Liquids for 2 whole weeks. Energy level is very low. I would die for a Protein shake!

Thank you and it does help to know I'm not alone. I hear so many say they were never hungry and wonder why am I. It's painful and discouraging. You helped my sanity.

I was banded on the 27th. This two weeks of clear liquids is definitly going to be hard. I keep telling myself that I should be able to live off body fat for 2 months. Lol. Good luck to all of us

Maybe for the best! The last thing we need to do as bandsters is vomit especially so soon after surgery. Dehydration causes nausea and that may be your docs concern' date=' along with hurting the band. I sure hope you feel better soon! I've been the same. The zofran should help. The phenagran will knock you out but that will also help with the nausea. I know it feels really difficult now. Hang in there.

Called my surgeon and he said go to hospital. Just said their going to keep me

see if someone can get you some Dramamine or call your surgeon to get some Zofran or Phenergan. If you are on pain meds they may be upsetting your stomach. Hope you feel better. Try sipping some hot tea.

Yes! Went in at 7:30 am home by 1:00 pm

My surgery day is almost here. Have to be at the hospital at 11 am. I can't believe it! I'm quite sure I will get very little sleep tonight!

Two more days! I am starting to get nervous. I am so ready for it to get here be over so that I can start my journey! I have a friend who just got her approval so she will only be a little bit behind me. It will help having someone to go through this with!

I'm doing pretty good. Woke up today and realized its one week away! The final countdown!!!!

Has everyone been able to stay true to 2 weeks liquid diet? I really have been struggleling. I don't know if I will be able to get thrue it!

I had some real food a couple times so far. If I get too bad I have a piece of cheese, an egg or a tiny bit of cottage cheese. Just a little does the trick

Got Approval call yesterday! Shooting for Nov 30th! Having gallbladder removed tomorrow!

I can't stand the shakes!

I've only been able to get 1 down. I've just been drinking a ton of crystal light. I've worked the last 3 nights so I haven't had time to think about being hungry yet!

I mixed half chocolate and half vanilla. Their growing on me. I found its better to drink it out of a glass instead of the straw
