  1. And why is my profile pic sideways? How do I change that?
  2. How do I go about reading member profiles? I have an iPad and if I click on the profile pic of someone's post, it takes me to a screen where I can view all posts made by this person, etc. and on the bottom there is a tab that says" profile." When I click on it, nothing happens.
  3. I don't drink coffee but can't you have it decaffeinated?
  4. I haven't had yogurt yet but I am craving Campbell's Tomato Soup. I wonder if it's too soon? I am already on Protein shakes.
  5. I am so glad you said this. I went for a walk before and had a mini breakdown wondering what the hell I did to myself. Here I am walking, not for exercise but to make this awful gas go away. And I am craving something greasy and cheesy. But I snapped back out of it because I know so many people on here went through it, too and they are so successful.

  7. Finally got to take a shower a little while ago. Removed the 2 bandages but not steri strips. Didn't poop the day before surgery and did so this morning. Took a lot of pressure off. Sorry if this is TMI. Upper abdomen is still very swollen and full of air but I have been walking my tail off. Incisions are very sore but I have to say all things considered, I am doing pretty well. The hardest thing for me is getting in and out of the recliner.
  8. I can definitely feel mine. My doctor and dietician told me to use my best judgement. I lost 30 pounds before my surgery and did not need to follow a pre op diet. I was told to get started with Protein drinks right away yet some people on here are strictly Clear Liquids. I am doing clears but already had one Protein shake today and will have another soon. I don't know when I will get to the mushy stage but won't do so before my follow-up on the 12th.
  9. Lol, I knew what you meant. I have an iPad so it comes up with some pretty bizarre things.
  10. Audrey, how are you doing with drinking liquids and everything else? Two of my incisions are very painful. The one where the port is and one other that has a larger bandage. The gas pains suck and I have walked quite a bit today but have not passed any of it. But I also know this is normal. I can't take a shower til tomorrow and am nervous about it. I am supposed to take the bandages off but don't think I can. Maybe I will have my husband do it. Looks like it will be painful.
  11. I just had this problem 2 weeks ago w Cigna. They claimed they were missing paperwork (like my psych eval, which was the first requirement I did) They did a peer to peer and I got my approval quickly. I was banded today.
