  3. My sister had bypass and she told me to do whet protien shakes in morning and thats half the protien we need and then eat lunch and dinner protien first. Yes ive had my hungry days and yrsterday it felt like i would never get full. Good luck to u

  5. I had mine oct 3 rd also. Today i have si much energy and getting frustrated cuz u can lift anything so im pacing around my house. Lol
