My sister had bypass and she told me to do whet protien shakes in morning and thats half the protien we need and then eat lunch and dinner protien first. Yes ive had my hungry days and yrsterday it felt like i would never get full. Good luck to u

My scale always reads me two pounds lighter than the docs

I had mine oct 3 rd also. Today i have si much energy and getting frustrated cuz u can lift anything so im pacing around my house. Lol

We only wait 4 days also. We just took it easy

Im ok. Still sore to touch. But walking around to get gas out. Bad pain in shoulder from gas. Ive been doing a shake in am. Jello and water and broth to get me through the day
