Ooh I start my preop diet in two weeks so I'm not crazy for wanting to eat a steak And suck down a soda one last time lol. I am nervous about the shakes I don't know what kind to get or where to go. I was told 2 shakes a day and like a WW meal for dinner and then the day b4 surgery only liquids!! Hmm any suggestions on where to buy protein shakes?? Can I go somewhere simple like Walmart or do I have to go to GNC?? Help I'm getting nervous!

Hi everyone I'm 29yr old female awaiting my first consultation next Wednesday . I am trying to get as much info as possible I was jus diagnosed with diabetes and am experiencing infertility. I have lost 52 lbs from exercise and weight watchers but still have the endless hunger pains and am never satisfied. Any recommendations or regrets anyone would like to share I'd appreciate it. So far I have been diabetic a week and they put me on metformin not fun!

My first consultation is next Wednesday so hope all goes well!!

Buy some keratin treatments to add protein back to ur hair also a heat protectant when u flat iron try turning your iron down if it's up all the way I've been a stylist for 11yrs. Also a product called its a 10 does miracles good luck hun

Hello sorry to hear about ur loss my situation is similar lost my mother about a month ago due to obesity and it's complications she was 53..taking care of her it terrifies me..I'm contemplating this surgery not only to longate my life but to have better health. I've lost 52 lbs over the last year with exercise and WW. But still weigh 255 at 5'2 so long journey ahead but hoping if I go thru the surgery it works out for me. If u need someone to talk to I understand hope with each day your mind eases a little because stress and emotion can cause you to sabatoge your efforts. Good luck don't give up and God Bless
