Ok here is another one to add to Selfies fro me I just noticed how smaller my face is and I have a neck , also I do notice the gobbler has marks from where the fat , yes I said it from my triple chins used to be.

Really 2 yrs. can you believe how much lol has gone like , what is it 168 lbs and for the apron you can't even tell , hope everything goes how you want from your plastic surgeon and your healthy new beginning life again.

Readysetgo I totally understand this as I got on the top step of the 2 step little plastic stepper at work and it didb;t feel like it was going to break , I don't see the smaller e when I look in any mirror but I do see it when I look at my pictures and I noticed my face and my collar bones in the pics that I posted , I looked at it and thought to my self WOW my face looks thinner that's how I noticed and of course the smaller fitting clothes .

I will try to post more pics as I found out how to on my Android phone, this was me watching cover bands at a carnival this weekend the first weekend in June to kick off this summer and I also am going to see my son in Utah next week so I a flying again , watching the cover bands though , dancing and singing I lost 4 lbs had a great tie my video's won't post though so I will just say what cover bands there were , Bon Jovi, U2,2nd da was Rush and Journey, then the last night it was a oldies band and to end the weekend at night it was a cover for Elton John , that's why I had the light up bow and lght up glasses on sooooooo much fun . this pic is one of y friends and her Mother friend on the right , her Mother on the Left.

So I thought you were having some other weight loss surgery so did you get banded just curious, but I a glad everything went well and did they also do a hiatal hernia repair , well let me know what surgery you did have ?

Yes under her profile , but in her paragraph post read it all the way a little ways under where she is talking about when she goes out to lunch or has lunch with people and I was trying to help because I know she has the band I have been communicating since we started , but if any newbies really read I want it to be accurate for them , because she is a great person and could be a motivator for someone else also, I on a laptop.

I thought it was a misprint as we have spoke on this site SOOOO Many times and I did see where it says you are a bander under your profile, but where you have the sentence about Everyone you eat lunch with, keep reading then you can edit maybe I know my laptop , tablet, computer , & phone , well you know these digital things have a mind of their own and mine usually skips a let or 2, NO WORRIES or A BIG DEAL , I was just looking out , that's all so if any newbies read your post, because you are a insperaitonal person. I noticed it says your not banded ,I was under the impression you were , or maybe it is a miss print ,see I do read what people post before I hit the Like button lol

Before and during is these pictures I have 50lbs. more to go for my goal, and it will be 150 lbs I will have lost when I get there.

Maybe someone else can benefit by you saying that it was this that got your healthy life style back or that you wouldn't know much longer to live because you did try all of whatever you had tried and it didn't work so if they want to see that you did it with exercise and eating right and if they ask or say it's easy tell them know we still have to work at it and that it is hard we just needed a little assistance , if they can't accept that well then , don't worry because you and only you know what you have done , there will be skeptics but if you show them different pics and say you are the same person just less of you for Family , hopefully they will except it , Family is harder on us , but when it comes to friends if they are real friends thy loved you when you were big , they will still love you now and I am sure they have noticed so shout it out Loud and proud , let me tell you I always tell people and they ask me all kinds of questions and I will inform the and educate them.

Here are just some more pics someone told me that I looked real good and more healthy this weekend that I hadn't seen in a while, I wish I didn't have to use my tablet to upload pics , and now I have to find out if I have a IOS phone or android , I thought it was a android and I wanted to be able to share pics, when I upgraded from y flip to a newer version, it is frustrating me and a trying to find out how to get my pics from my computer or laptop so I could share my weekend blast photos or just any.

I will have to find out for sure I don't really know so I will find out and ask later , I don't know the difference lol sorry I am so tech illiterate.

Hi Alex I was just wandering if you might be able to help I don't know if I have to delete my app for bariatric pal to put for bariatric pro or even if on my android phone if I can upload my journey pics , I think Iuse IOS I know that I have tried many times from my G, mail Yahoo account and I don't know what url I can use , well hopefully I will figure it out but if you have ANY help I wold appreciate I, Thank you again for all you have started and do.

When I weigh I try to wear something light , I have weighed in light clothing and heavy clothing with shoes or sandels of or on and yes I can relate it does make a difference.

That getting away and enjoyjing life is GREAT and it looks like the bike riding is paying off , you look good , now lok at a before and the after that you posted here you will see the difference.

All I can say I am glad you started this site , so we could get help and answers and positive feed back on our journeys where ever it may take us , either good or bad results, so hats off to you and your staff, so again Thank you for all the support I and many others get from his site, and I like meeting other people , that were or are in the same boat , sort of speak so we can sail on to be more healthy and live a little longer, putting more years and tread on our lives.

Omg , glad they caught it early , sorry to hear you had to have surgery though , but you know it does help that we have lost weight , nice to hear things are o k with you and you know I check on people from time to time , now back to family and your journey to a better healthy life.
