  5. Life does get in our ways and stress is no fun , but you know what to do , do the same as you have been doing and have learned to do with the tool our band and you will just do fine , we do hit curves and this seems to be a long and winding road for some of us but we walk r jump back on the wagon and ride it through , so try not to stress to much , remember we always took care of everyone else and put every ones needs and health before or , but now we need to take care of us and our health, so we can be around the and try to think and be around positive things and people , hope every gets out better for you, I mean look you lost weight and then the other half of stress weight by getting away from what was keeping you down , now get your spirit lifted.
  6. Well people are starting to say every time I see you it seems you have lost more and are looing good and healthy , I still can't see it and I was getting depressed that I am not at my goal and probally won't be in 2 yrs. in the end of Sept , that's ok I am still a getting smaller sizes and someone said the last few lbs for me it is about 45 ore to lose will and is the hardest , Thank you Alex and everybody for encouragement and the inspiring words because everybody is different at takes some of us longer than others , but I will get there , I asked someone how long it took the to lose a 100 lbs and they told me it took 3 yrs. and they have kept it off for a long time so I know there is hope.

  13. See I people do read, they may not respond , & I am in no way trying to be mean but as I am reading , I am thinking and laughing as if this and all the other , pills , diets , fads , weight watchers, tops and all that worked then we wouldn't be here or have or are thinking about was, I am just saying think about it.
  14. Wow never thought about it as I have been at my same dos synthroid for about 2 yrs. now and I had lab work done and it said everything was good , I mean I am a walking zombie lol but when it c to y thyroid it is still the same but I know I am losing inches and the weight is coming off , not as fast as I would like but it is coming off so that is ok with me because I am not where I was 2 to 3 or even more yrs. ago , I am able to do SO MUCH more now , but yes talk with your pcp and your Lap band surgeon as mine told e I would proy never be able to be off the synthroid , and my Aunt is a retired RN, and she said I should ask if the could get it banced since they have all this new tech med stuff and it would be a small incision , so I will have to check in to that also , when I remember , when I go to my pcp next, hope it gets better for you.
