I had a NSV today I bought a new phone , and I was transfering my nimbers and Relized had many fast food resturaunts I had programmed in there so I deleted them I just thought this was funny as it seemed like I just had to call and it would be ready so no more Fast food resturaunts in y phone.

WOW a nurse in my Doctors office said I looked thin I said I don't see it , then she said that's cause we still have our fat glasses on lol , well I am down 6 ore lbs.

I got into a size 16 work pants today , can you see how excited I am , from a size say 52 in mens dickies work pants , the 16's are womens from a size 28 womens love it.

I have fond Onderland and it feels good finally 184.4 that's what my scale told me I almost fell off backwards so I had my son take a pic to make sure someone else saw it .

1More NSV from family, I was taking my brother to the stor some elderly man was taking long in front of him , I told my brother used t I was about to bump him , my bbrother then replied but you don"t have the badunkadunk butt u used to have so i thanked him and then we laughed and he see's me everyday it felt good to know that they r noticing .

Taking another pic , like I said I don't see the weight loss but I do feel it in clothes size and body joints and health , so that's good
That made me think if someone found our phones and looked through our numbers to get in touch with us, how much it would say about who we are as individuals
