LAPBAND - 11 days post op Updated
so im 11 days post op and 10 kg down since start of my weight loss journey,,
so 145 - 234 ,, super excited today i could actually tell,, i havnt managed any good full body shot yet,, but here are some i managed to get :)

I'm 2 months away from having had my Lap band for 2 years and I have 12kg left to be at my goal weight. So I thought i would upload some photo's and reread my old updates for some inspiration.
