I agreed jg. I am 4 weeks post op and its a struggle everyday and I have made mistakes but that is part of the journey and nobody is perfect. You will find on this site that some people really go to extremes in their posts. Good luck to you -

Some of the doctors fill at the time of surgery too so that helps I had 3cc put in my band at surgery

Wow people sure get rude about this topic. Why don't you make some soups and purée them, I mare a good carrot, coconut soup, also google purée recipes there is a lot of stuff there. -

I flew 4.5 hours the next day to get home and it wasn't the most comfy plane ride but it was manageable -
