  1. I eat the boca burgers with cheese pickles mustard ketchup no bun. They r great. I'm not a big beef, pork eater so this works for me. Find a healthy plan B. Best Wishes

  11. Yikes! I was thinking when I was healed and started losing I would have more energy. NOT! Lol. All I want to do is sleep. My labs r great. My doc says it will get better. I'm still waiting. Lol
  12. I chew a few fiber choice daily to keep things moving. When in doubt talk with your doc. Best Wishes
  13. I'm a little over 4 months post op and I'm still tired. Where is my burst of energy? I chew my vitamins daily, I'm getting my protein in and I can't stay out of the bed. All I want to do is sleep. I thought by now I would be working out more on the go more enjoying more. I have no motivation to get up... I just wanna sleep! Is anyone else out there going through this?
  14. Awesome! I started wearing my daughters clothes and she tries to keep me out her closet. Lol. I love it!!
  15. The RNY recovery was hard for me. I was in a lot of pain. Took 6 weeks off work I swear I needed 8, BUT I don't regret a thing!

  18. I know u want this change but how bad??? When u are strong enough to walk away from the doughnuts and don't look back your ready. You will not b able to eat like that initially post op but the cravings and head hunger remains. Then there will come a time when u can eat it, what will u choose??? Start taking baby steps in the other direction, we want success for u. This is major surgery a true second chance at life. I know u want that more than food run towards that. We r all here to support u and need u to support us. We all get weak!
