BEWARE!! Stay away!!! Lol!!! I cannot eat a cheeseburger at all! And I'm 2 years post op! I've tried to take a few bites several times and I get so suck every time. I guess that means I'm not supposed to eat that anymore! Which is a actually ok. I can eat low fat ground sirloin and I season it, mix cheese in it, and dice up onions and tomatoes, and add a little lite real mayo and a dab of mustard and it's pretty much a "cheeseburger" without the bun!! Maybe when you're ready for solids you could try this and get your burger fix! Also I eat a few French fries. I bake them, never fry, and they turn out perfect!! Good luck and hang in there!! ;)

Yes!! Boca burgers are good and I found a healthy black bean burger too at Kroger!! It's a little spicy but tastes great!
