  1. I hear ya. My family drinks, parties, dances all night long when we get togeather. It's so much fun because we don't see each other often, we r meeting in new orleans but I'm not drinking. I'm going to have to find a way to hide it (LOL) but I don't want it, I still take medication and I don't want to get sick. I'm going to carry a drink enhancer. Slide to the bar get some Water then reach in my purse and turn it some fruity color and flavor. LOL I'm just going to have to enjoy life without it, Heck it won't kill me LOL Good Luck
  2. Yes two weeks ago and I was okay. I really hope it stops because I had lasik surgery 1 year ago this month I want my eyes to be fine we have enough body parts to worry about LOL

  4. I had a surgery date before an approval.. The doc's office know what they r doing they r so use to it and they know what each insurance co wants. I think it was 3-4 days for me to get my approval once submitted. They were not worried about any issues They had already scheduled my pre op testing
  5. Keep your eye on the prize, this won't last too long! You can do it!
  6. Could be. I was lucky and didn't get the shoulder pain, but the gas in my tummy was horrible. 4 weeks out I started really walking the treadmill and it started coming out LOL had to cut that gym visit short but i started to feel so much better

  8. I have had some desire to snack, but I keep a iced drink around me ( Water or crystal light) my stomach is usually rumbling loud to make me get food and I'm eating just to shut the noise up. LOL Hang in there I'm sure it will get better
  9. I'm 6 weeks post op and my eyes are driving me crazy one is clear the other is blurry it's so annoying. I really hope this is temp. Just an update Hope you all are doing better!
  10. Drink lots of water and pick up stool softeners. One of the hardest things to do after was "use it". Lol. Best wishes!

  12. I hope they still look good so we don't have to be re-tatted. Lol. Tho the loose skin would b an issue, I'm still at the beginning of losing too so I guess time will tell

  14. Hi Guys & Gals Has anyone had any issues with their tattoos appearance after weight loss? I only have four, three are on my legs...just wondering if they will look funny.
  15. I hear ya I'm in the same boat! Stay in the fight the scale will start moving for us! I like for my doc to say well done, your doing great it's an adjustment for us. I just want to get back to feeling normal. Hang in there and look at the bright side 38 lbs IS great!
  16. Me too ladies... My doc gave me carafate. I drink it one hour b 4 I eat and 2-3 after I eat it has really helped me because I stopped eating since it was making me sick. It was hard the first week, but now I'm able to eat. Best wishes to you all

  20. Your doing awesome! How many calories do you eat per day??? I'm struggling here. My doc says I have to eat more, looking back I have been eating about 300 calories a day because eating still makes me want to puke all the time.
  21. They look good! I'm going to try it, protein makes me sick now-a-days.
