Breathe. It will come off. I would try to get away from the sweets. Don't cause ur self to think ur not doing well and ruin this for u. Could u have lost this much weight on ur own? Do u remember why u did this? Just know there will b stalls, get back on track with ur diet. U can do this!!!

I was in horrible pain in the beginning. I had to stay in the hospital a week, so thinks didn't go as I planned. I could not have made it the ride home from the hospital was hard i felt every bump in the road and even with a pillow, it hurt. This is big for ur dad and really wants u there. U might b lucky and b able to handle it. Talk to ur doc and see what they say.

I eat a lot of fresh and frozen fruits. I have not had any problems. It feels me up and gives me some "sweetness" I sometimes crave. Start slow everyone is different.

I didn't know they made this. You still have to live I see no problem with treating yourself sometimes. Enjoy it and keep livin!

I'm struggling with snacking too... Sugar free cookies and baked chips. I'm so scared of gaining the weight back and not meeting my goal. I have to keep the stuff out the house which is hard I buy it for my daughters lunch. Well i have to stay away from it. One day at a time. -
I'm totally opposite. I love it now, I hated it then. I pray the day will come when u walk by that mirror and say WOW! I look good
