  1. Wow, we are all from the same area. I was originally gonna go to a dr. at the palms. Im from venice florida. But,now i have an appt with Dr.Erbella, and have seen it written on the net hes awesome. great patient and healthgrade reviews. That entire hospital is treuly a center for excellence as medicare says. As far as I can tell at least. Maddy you are from Sarasota area to(Englewood) No?

Ive yet to have mine yet either. You are over 40%, and that should be fine. But its best to ask those that know Good luck Sister! You did the right thing.   3. You will be fine! Your head sounds like its on straight. I too have fibro and a lot of other crap besides chronic fatigue. gettin myself to exercise with weight on is a no go. but if im close to my weight i should be exercise HELPS MY PAIN A LOT. Isnt it weird. Some say they cant at all.I dont know about CANT, but I have to take their word at it, as they do mine. I too habe not had the surgery yet, and am hoping they do it. Ive heard that if they get it in their head its an auto immune disease i have they may not operate. I will see my surgeon for the first time wednesday, so we will see. Im concerned to say the least.. do you have a surgery date yet? Sandy

  5. didnt LOOK healthy after the weight loss tho, least I was told that after gaining it back.
  6. I went on the "Perricone Weight Loss Diet" and lost about 100 pounds. Then proceeded to gain it all back over just a couple years time.waaaaaaa!
  7. This is a thread that should stay active. Im sure there are lots, such as myself with fibro, cfs. Exercise helps my conditions, but no can do with an extra hundred pounds.
  8. Thanks for that. I was able to find one of your "used" book son amazon for 19.95 plus shipping. Im sure it will suffice, and I look forward to reading it, trying some recipes(easy hopefully) Remember Cher in Mermaid, hour'derves for every meal. I dont fall far from that. I have a plaque in my kitchen that says :the only reason I have a kitchen, it came with the house", LOL. Thats me. Cooked every night for 24 years raisin my kid, and he swears I could win worst mother of the millenium contest! Ha! Go figure! I threw in the towel! Sandy some klidding/some not:)

  14. you and me both! Ive been married 30 years too, might as well be a nun. I hate fat. Im sorry and I know its not politically correct, but I was NEVER fat before I got alll those dam pills, made me tired. The past two years I gained like 100 pounds. Look like a friggin macey day parade float! AHHHHH!
