Thanks everyone for the responses! saw the surgeon today he says it happens. To keep up with multivitamins and start taking Biotin, but that my body will adjust. I am lucky that I had a lot of hair to start off with, but I actually like my new haircut, I feel it matches the new me! thanks for the advice, much appreciated!

I have to say that I think about the same things all the time. Interestingly enough, my ex which I dated for around 4 years (which taught me that I was accepting a guy only because I thought I could not do any better) is starting to show up again in my life just when he finds out I had this surgery.

When you said if he would have dated me "before" that is the exact thing that crosses my mind when all of a sudden I am noticing more attention from guys.

Thanks for the support!! Today has been better, maybe because I got myself mentally focused once more and a job that is keeping me busy. I have to say overall that I am lucky that the weight came off so quickly, but then again its hard to accept a more normal reality once that happens.
