Congrats!!!

Hey Guys,

I'm so proud of all of you!!! My surgery was on 9/20, and my 1st fill (2.5cc) was on Oct 15, at which I was down 22pds :-)

No complaints, one day at a time... Fish, chicken, fresh low sugar fruits & veggies... Lots of water!!!

I lost 8pds Pre op, and only 4 since post op, I was banded 9/20... Starting the gym tomorrow :-)

I only eat a cup of food at a time... I drink alot of Protein shakes (GNC) with milk for Breakfast... It's a struggle but I'm happy we are all in this together

All is well, I didn't have to do the Pre-op diet, just liquids the day before... The day of surgery I was 260, as of last Tuesday I was down 8lbs, and today another 4... So that's 12lbs since Sept 20!! I'm excited, I get my first fill on the 15th, I have the 14cc AP Band

Keep you head up pumpkin, losing 75lbs is a GREAT accomplishment

Love it, I eat 4oz at a time.... I added cinnamon, nutmeg , and (1) Splenda, taste like pumpkin pie

I am 6 days post op and I slept for 4 days

I had more pain than I expected like burning hot knives in my left side

And bad gas

Couldn't drink without pain

Dr took 2 cc out of the band yesterday and I feel better today

We are twins!!! How many cc's did he start you off with?
