First fill tomorrow

Losing approximately 1/2 to 1 pound per week now. I'll take it!

One week Post Op Today and I am beginning to feel so much better...and hopeful....and excited....and determined!

3rd day Post Op - Feeling a bit more like "me". Resting, Sipping, Little Walking and Reading Jean McMillan's Bandwagon from cover to cover

I'm all ready for tomorrow morning! Surgery at 10:30am! Let's DO this!

Sometimes I have to take a minute at a time..... However, I am keeping my eye on the prize!

Last Day of 1st Week Pre-Op Diet. Down 6 Pounds. Ok, I must admit....it was worth it. But BOY OH BOY I had my moments. lol ONWARD!

Today was good and tomorrow will be better

Day Three Pre-Op Diet: A bit tired but I know I can do this. If I feel like cheating - I will simply look at the "Before Pics" of me in my bra and panties I took a few days ago. THAT will keep me on track!

Day Two Pre-Op: Walk (check!), Two Protein Shakes (check!), Headache (check!) lol - I'm hanging in there!
