Ay two and feeling GREAT!!!very little gas pain and been up doing things!i do get a little burning feeling when I swallow to much water but not to bad.so far I must say not bad and I'm excited to see how it goes:)

Had my band put in today and feeling pretty great!!!!!!no gas in my shoulder but my lungs feel very heavy..is this gas?normal for chest to burn when I breath?

I am on day 3 of my pre op diet and my dr said two Protein shakes and a Soup a day.im having a hard time making it through the day!!any tips?? Also..anyone use dr smith in ft worth??

I feel like I have been doing good sticking to the plan I was given but the scale is stuck.im on day 9 of pre op diet and have lost 10 pounds and now the scale is stuck!?! Am I doing something wrong??

I live in a small town so we have a little snow cone stand down town.you can buy the stuff at Walmart to make them tho!!
